I could not be less satisfied with ANY service or product. Yes, they do have an unbelievable marketing department and that is why you are considering their service. Trust me. You are literally throwing away your money. Do not, under any circumstances, believe that this system is useful for anything other than telling your insurance company that you have an alarm. You will not be "protecting" your family in any way whatsoever.

We're sorry that you did not find our system useful but to most of our customers it provides great peace-of-mind. Every year we voice-threaten burglars out of customers homes and dispatch police to interrupt burglaries.Of course, we hope that our decal and lawn signs are enough to prevent a burglary in the first place but having a monitored system with two-way voice really does protect homes and families for when a break-in happens.
