I had Alarmforce for 2 months and the alarm stop working. I would call and they would make me trouble shoot and trouble shoot and nothing would come of it. But they wanted to keep getting paid for services not rendered. They continued to bill me and now I'm in collection because I didn't want to pay for a system that was not working. every time I called I had to trouble shoot over the phone for 30 minutes or more.I asked for a tech to come out, but they said its a $50 charge but aren't you getting monthly payments for a system that doesn't work.
