I have had Alarm Force for over 5 years. The system works well. My only concern is the customer support isn't friendly at all. When I asked if there are any perks to being customer who has never been late on a payment or has never had a false alarms they asked if I wanted to talk to the tec department. He just wanted to get me off the phone... The customer support clearly doesn't value there long term customers. I'm also paying $40 a month with all the extras I have....I'm going to call around to other companies after reading the other reviews... When I started with alarm force years ago the customer service was really great.. Wonder what's going on with them....
