This company is terrible to put it lightly. The equipment is big bulky plastic garbage that looks terrible in your home. The batteries constantly need replacing and there's no guarentee it even works as on more than one occasion we tripped it by mistake and it didn't even reach their monitoring center.
Customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They are rude, impatient and unhelpful.
They drilled holes in my new door frames and used an adhesive that is nearly impossible to remove without taking some paint with it. I know this because when you cancel they make YOU remove everything and ship it back to them. Oh and they keep charging you FULL service until they receive it and they ensure the process takes long enough that you will get charged at least once additional month.
An alarm company that robs people, how is that for IRONIC!

Instead of responding to people for everyone to see (obviously your only motive), why don't you do something about how bad your company is operating!? Obviously no real action is being taken because you're still company is still consistently infuriating people!
