We have been with Alarm Force for over 3 years and now the equipment is starting to go and we are experiencing the customer service (or non-service) side. WE waited for over a month for a new piece of equipment only to find out it hadn`t been sent. We asked them again to send it - it didn`t come. We had to ask two more times. After I got the new piece I had to re- set up the system. After the bigger part of two days they finally realized that my key pad wasn`t working. They said they would send out a new one!!. Now almost two weeks later we called to check if it was on the way. NO. Why, because we haven`t sent the last broken piece back and we were told we had thirty days to do that and they never mentioned we had to send it back before we got anymore service. Now we will wait again. I have been without an alarm for over 3 months and am still paying. Would I recommend Alarm Force to anyone else? - only to my worst enemy or the board members of the company.
