They are the worst. The installer put a camera at the front door and stapled the line onto the face of the door casing. The door would not close properly after. They used black duct tape to terminate the electrical splice's which was visible. Had them come back and they did nothing. I paid full amount for the monitoring just to get them to remove it. Equipment is junk. Service is poor.
