Ordered two doors and had someone come out to confirm measurements. The person that came out to measure said they couldn't make it work within the space as there was brick on either side of the door, and I would need to use a smaller door. Back and forth with other members of the peak team, and then they could make the door work within the constraints of the space. I added a window to the door as it had not been ordered yet, and suddenly the order goes from a few weeks, to being months. Installers come out with the doors finally, and tell me they can't make the door work within the space. They speak to supervisors, and then the door can be made to fit suddenly. Doors get installed, and we have a massive bead of caulking around the door, and not exaggeration, but the bead is wider than my thumb. For a door that wasn't going to fit we suddenly have over an inch bead of caulking all the way around the door. It looks horrible. Next day the spray foam they used to foam the sides of the doors has pushed through the caulking and protruded out of the caulking like a mushroom in more than 3 spots. Was this a first time install crew? I have to wait weeks for the caulking to "cure" so that they can remove it and fix it. Weeks go by, caulking isn't removed, but foam is cut off and caulked over, so I don't even have a smooth finish around the doors, but this big ugly mess. Have emailed more than 5 times leaving about 7 days between email attempts for someone to respond. I hear NOTHING back. Satisfaction may be guaranteed, by try to collect on that guarantee, and you will be HUGELY disappointed. I would not recommend this company unless you don't care what the final product looks like or how long it will take to finally be finished.

Had windows installed. The crew was on time, friendly and very efficient. Brittany was very helpful, answering all my question. I would recommend Home Depot and use them again.

The quality of the doors appears excellent. The installer was outstanding, as well We would certainly be more than happy to recommend Home Depot and this particular installer to anyone else.

They removed old patio door. Made a straight stucco cut,built up a new frame, installed new patio door. Install my door casing around the inside and even filled in the nail holes ... excellent job... Randy

Home Depot Installation Service was incredible, from the initial quote straight through installation. They made it so easy. The whole team was professional, responsive and very easy to work with. The guys who installed the windows and door did beautiful work and left the work site spotless. I would highly recommend Home Depot Installation Services.

Don't wait for the April showers to rain in your home, call Home Depot to install superior shingles combined with professional workers who take pride in their work. Now I can be worry free for "50" years with my non-prorated and transferable warranty.

The installation of the doors I purchased at Home Depot were installed on a Sunday (which allowed me not to take time off work). Serghie was my installer and he did an excellent job. Was timely, cleaned up, and again did an excellent job.

Peak Installations told me they had submitted paperwork for my Manitoba Hydro rebate as part of my 1" foam insulation add-on to my siding project; they never submitted the paperwork.

Our installer was very professional, polite and pleasant. He worked extremely hard each day, cleaned up after himself on a daily basis and completed the job within 3 days of work. It would have been faster except there was a delay in receiving the materials. We would have him work on our home again, if ever we need this type of service. 5 Stars!
Karen Cruikshank, of Home Depot Central Office, kept us informed of the progress each step of the way. She was friendly, exceptionally professional in her job performance. At no time were we left wondering about delays, delivery of items etc. She contacted us regularly, left messages when we were out and would then call back to ensure we received the message.
This is the third time we have used Home Depot for home renovations. We have been quite content with the way work has been handled, but Ms. Cruikshank has proven to be the most exemplary in service delivery -- a true ambassador for Home Depot.

Horrible service from the start. It took over 2 years to complete the job - then home depot tried charging my credit card 3 times for the same transaction. Buyer beware!
