The installers came past 9 am. They started right away and finished around 445 pm. They did not stop working. I gave them coffee and cookies/brownies to give them a break. When it was done they showed me all the work they've done and I was so satisfied with the end result.

Our roof was replaced yesterday by 1 Above Custom Roofing and we were so pleased with the installation. The crew was polite and efficient and did a fantastic job. The workmanship was excellent and cleanup was well done. We are very pleased with the whole job from start to finish.

The first visit presented clear explanation of process and timeline to completion. Every detail was covered with a comprehensive questionnaire prior to the installation date. The date, the time of arrival and the process all went exactly as planned so there were no surprises or unexpected issues. The installer was very helpful, professional and personable. He answered every question in clear detail.... even the silly ones. Great job and great result.

We had 4 main floor windows replaced. We are extremely satisfied with the whole process especially the installers, Curtis and Riley. They also installed our upstairs windows last year and did an excellent job then too. The windows look great and the mechanical parts function very well. We plan to have the remaining windows done next year and will be happy to have Peak Installations do the job for us.

Even if we purchased "good quality products?", after only 3 years, a piece of our patio door felt. It's sopposed to be covered by the garanty because it is related to the product, not the installation! But it's impossible to talk to somebody. Way more easy to answer by an emailing automated system! No way to argue or the discuss with someone who could give us more details! BAD, BAD, BAD.

Overall experience was very positive from initial inquiries to in-home consultation and purchase to installer remeasure to getting the odd progress report to confirming installation date to the actual install. Installer was fantastic. Product purchased and installed met all expectations. I would recommend to others. Only room for improvement is in the ~9 week wait for the doors: anything done to decrease that time would be beneficial.

Home Depot was excellent in assisting us in picking out the right door for our home. The removal of the old door and installation of the new was completed without any issues and to our satisfaction. The installers were excellent to work with and took the necessary care of our home when completing the work. As well, they ensured everything was cleaned up before leaving. Our project coordinator was friendly, helpful, keeping us up to speed as to the progress of our project.

Home Depot replaced my eavestrough and did a perfect job-no mess no fuss- arrived as scheduled -cleaned up after they had finished and certainly had an air of confidence about their work.
