Four old windows replaced upstairs. Crew arrived on time, installation went smoothly, work area was left clean, and work duration was reasonable. Will definitely consider using again and recommend to friends.

I couldn't be more pleased. From the time that, I entered a lead at Home Depot I was so impressed with how efficiently this operation went. I was contacted within a day, the contractor made himself available according to my schedule, showed up on time and demonstrated great knowledge of the product and installation. The price was quoted on the spot. It was difficult and custom but the contractor was not phased. I loved the product he showed me and the price was less than I expected. I signed up the same day and then was contacted within 1 hour by Karen, my Project Coordinator. Karen was available throughout the project. She was easy to reach, very pleasant and helpful with every question. The windows came in earlier than expected so I was more pleased. The installer came early, worked hard and finished with no problem. Everyone says that the windows look great. It was perfect experience.

I had the sheer displeasure of having a window installed by home depot. I have never encountered so much, deception , deflection and incompetence in all my life. My project which should have taken 6 to 8 weeks to do took 16 weeks plus which held up the completion by two months. When the window finally arrived it was not even the right size and this after the opening was measured 3 times!! No one would take responsibility for this fiasco. After all the frustration and waiting I was not even offered any kind of compensation for my frustration. I would never ever use their services again.

I ordered a custom front door and back sliding glass door through Home Depot during a buy-more, save-more event. Everything from the initial in-st0re inquiry to the final installation far exceeded my expectations. The service aspect is very much a well-oiled machine -it was smooth and efficient at every phase of the project. Thank you so much Home Depot for a great product and a great experience. I will definitely use your installation services again in the future.

Price:
I got multiple quotes from local well established companies, Home Depot/Peak Installations would have been on the higher end - except that the size of my order qualified for 25% off....that made them the cheapest by a significant margin.

Quality - Solensis Windows
These windows have only been in my house for about a month - they look fantastic, but the real test will come after 10 and 20 years have passed.
I do have 3 x 5 year old Solensis windows in the addition on my house that I am still 100% happy with.
- these windows are made in Canada

Install
from the exterior - an easy 10/10, they did a fantastic job.
Interior trim - I would say a 9.5/10...I'm probably splitting hairs, but I've done a lot of interior trim work my self and I think I might've done a slightly better job (with the caulking).
They did accommodate my request for primed FJ pine instead of MDF

Clean Up
If it was possible to give them a mark higher than 10/10 - then I would - not a speck of dust any where. I came home on the last day of the install to find them vacuuming my hallway and stairs.

The quoting and measurement was done promptly, and all parties involved were very responsive to any questions I had either by email or phone.
I have made several special orders in the past and have also used Home Depot's install service - although this order was executed flawlessly - mistakes HAVE been made on some of my orders in the past - the thing that keeps me going back is that Home Depot will always stand behind their products and do what it takes to make it right, sometimes you just have to be a little patient.

We required a new door as our old one had been broken and unrepairable. The installation went well. The two man crew showed up on time and were professional and courteous throughout the whole procedure.

The gentleman was great, very pleasant--did a professional job, cleaned up after,and was on time that morning.
The work was actually ahead of the original date,which made me happy.

Installers showed up right on time. They were very professional and polite. Installers explained how to operate windows for cleaning. Finished off capping on windows very nicely. They make sure no mess was left behind. They used drop cloths to make sure no damage was done to the existing hardwood floors. They even made sure nothing was left behind in our flower gardens. Would use this company again and would highly recommend them.

I'm very satisfied with both my purchase and the install process.
Scott (Sales) provided excellent guidance and the installation fellows were great as well. They were all meticulous and courteous. The added bonus was that they were able to do the install a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. All told, it was an extremely good experience.
