Approximately $2000 for door and installation.
The sales rep got back to me quickly. He had all pertinent information required with him. Placed my order right away.
Only down side is that the door took almost 3 months to come in. But it was worth the wait. Between the new door, and excellent installation service, the main floor is already significantly warmer.
