Cucina Counters

We originally contacted Cucina Counters about getting our kitchen cabinets painted. Reem and her associate, Benjamin, came out to the house to have a look and provide an estimate. I learned more from that initial consultation than I expected, and, in the end, we had them do the entire renovation project including cabinet painting, quartz counter tops, updated lighting, back splash and laying new floors on most of our main level. They even came back to address a couple of minor issues identified after the final payment was done. The project was started and completed on time and the whole thing was ready in time for Christmas. The installation team was very nice, arrived on time everyday and left the kitchen clean and usable throughout the project. Great job, nice team, fully satisfied with the result!

Reem was so helpful and efficient
She lead me where to go to find the right countertop and backsplash for our renovated kitchen. Sam and Andrea (the contractors) were nothing less than amazing. Perfect workmanship and always on time.

Excellent service and experience! We had our kitchen re-done recently, and as anyone who has had any type of renovation done knows, it can be a VERY stressful experience. However, dealing with Reem at Cucina Counters made the process much easier and less stressful. Her excellent design, knowledge and advice was really appreciated, not to mention her attention to detail! Cucina Counters is a business I drive by each day when I go to work so when it was time to Reno our kitchen I decided to check it out. We already purchased our counter top but just needed address our outdated cupboards. We checked with competitors and most want a full re-do while Reem advised that it wasn't necessary for us to re-install the boxes, given that they were in good shape and we were not planning to re-configure the kitchen. This advise saved us a lot of money that would have been spend unnecessarily. Seem also had the style of cupboard that I really liked in the colour I liked. She was understanding about a family event that we had where a number of out of town guests were arriving and she was able to have our cupboards installed in time to allow time for the counters and backsplash to be done to complete the job prior to the event. Seem is great at quality assurance. She came to inspect everything and wants to ensure that everything is done to our satisfaction. I really liked going through this process with Reem and would recommend her.

We were reffered to reem by a family friend that had their kitchen renovated with reem and they were extremely Satisfied, we thought to give it a shot and get a qoute from her for our Kitchen. I have to say the level of professionalism and honesty provided were eyond expectations ! Specially in an industry with lots of greedy contractors that dont care about the customer and just wanna get ur money.
Reem was very patient with us, accomodated our time and availability, provided best qoute, best quality and best customer service, for sure will recommend them and have them do any future job for me :)

We were recommended by our contractor to check with Reem for our new kitchen as part of our complete home reno. I had already received a quote from a competitor and had a so-so experience dealing with them, mostly because of their disinterest.
I would say from the very beginning of dealing with Reem and Cucina, we discovered that she was just as excited about our kitchen as we were. An excellent designer, with a terrific spacial sense, she perfectly designed our dream kitchen, maximizing space beautifully with a modern flair and all within our budget constraints. We are thrilled and highly recommend Reem to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Botched Installation of vanity counter top. Unsatisfactory follow up of complaint.

We found Countertop Solution via the internet.

At the time of the order it was explained that we would not install a back splash.

-The measurement for the counter top was taken by the installer personally, which we paid for.
- It was stressed again that no back splash was to be installed.

To our dismay the installer was in a great rush to install the top, ignoring the fact that the top was 3/4 of an inch oversized. Instead of taking it back to the shop to correct his error, he cut into the drywall to force the counter top into the vanity, therefore bowing the front of the vanity.

End result, the top is off by a 1/4 inch and the drywall is damaged.
The installer offered to patch up the damaged wall, but after observing the sloppy installation, we did not want him to do any other work in our house.
We now have no choice but to install a back splash.

We are basically told that this is a normal way to install a top even though the top was was oversized by 3/4 on an inch.

We are very disappointed that no effort was made by Countertop Solution to drop by and have a look at the botched installation.

The total bill was reduced by $ 50.--., but to this day no effort was made by the owner to contact us.

Buyer beware! Bottom line, total customer dissatisfaction due to a lack of follow up.

I met Reem through my designer, Badr at BluDot Interiors. I was doing an extensive renovation which included the kitchen. When I walked into her Showroom, I saw exactly what style I wanted. Reem provided a number of options and was very patient with me. Quality and "timeless" were very important to me. I didn't want what was popular now but something that I would still enjoy 10 years later. I got both. I love my new kitchen cabinetry and the granite counter is gorgeous. Everything arrived on schedule. We had one issue with the fridge panel (wrong size) but it was resolved quickly. Reem visited house a couple of times before we started, at time of installation and afterwards. The young man, Tyler, who did the install was very good. Very professional. I would highly recommend CounterTop Solutions for the quality of their products, price, timeliness and friendly service. Thanks Reem!
