Furnace, Hot Water and A/C Installation

After Canada Furnace installed a new furnace, air-conditioning and hot water on demand, I actually wrote the co-owner to tell him that the crew was outstanding. They worked long days and worked around the fact that my basement is finished. They installed everything with minimal destruction and I am really pleased.

Furnace and Gas Line Installation

Canada Furnace removed my ancient beast of 60 year old oil furnace and even coordinated a scrap metal charity to pick it up. Afterwards they installed the gas furnace and the gas line and connected it . The workers were exceptionally polite and friendly guys and who were just fun to have around even after they had been working here for twelve hours straight. They took care of every detail and the promise of having the entire project done in a day was achieved which was a huge concern for me.

Plumbing

Canada Furnace put in a new hot water heater and a new furnace in my home and they did a great job. I was especially happy because after they installed everything there was a leak in my bathtub and a crack in the drywall, because a pipe had moved, and they came very quickly to fix it for me.

Ductless AC/Heat pump

Outstanding in every way!!! From the Home show, to the quote/the install/ incredible service/prompt follow-up .....and the great product. Every last detail, customized for our needs. Professional technicians and customer service, how can we rate Canada Furnace higher than a 10?

Short version: We had a complicated install for a high rise that is almost all glass and concrete. The company took the time and expense to send out the installers after the bid and before the agreement. This seldom happens and gave us the peace of mind that our vision and comfort would soon be realities. Everything was seemless and extremely well done. We highly recommend Canada Furnace for all your needs. Thank you CF!!!!

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Thanks to all you people, starting with Melanie, over Jeremy, yourself, Robin, Gary and the other 2 gentlemen. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to get the system maintained by you guys. I think I made the right decision and hopefully everything will work well with the boiler going forward. So far I am very happy :o)

Furnace, Hot Water Tank, Air Conditioner Replacements

Our new home had one of those monstrous furnaces from the 1960's. The entire heating system in the house needed an overhaul.

We went with Canada Furnace because they 1) they kept their appointments and provided detailed quotes in a timely manner; 2) the team was very knowledgeable in the products and the services they provide; 3) the quote provided was fair and they tried a bunch of different ways to save us money.

The entire process was pretty painless. The installation team was a father/son team and they worked their butts off. The office even took care of submitting the applications to Fortis and Lenox for our rebates.

We did detect a very small gas leak a few weeks after installation, but a quick call to the office resulted in getting a technician to our house that same week to fix it.

Overall, a really great experience, and we're really happy knowing that our heating bills will not put us in the poor house.

Air Conditioning

Canada Furnace installed a 2 ton air conditioning unit on the top floor of my house in Mar 2014. The system worked flawlessly all summer and kept us all cool. Steve gave us a quotation and we decided to select them due to good reviews. The installation guys Robin and Gary were great and did a really good job for us. They had to work up in the attic space which was very challenging. The job took 4 days to complete. I would definitely recommend them. They are very professional, honest, on time and reputable. Great quality work.
