Up to Code provided services for a new home build, Mike contracted out services, quality of the workmanship was poor as sump pump was never seated properly and not clamped down, it had to be replaced. A number of the faucets, kitchen, bathtub were of poor quality and leaked soon after install. Water line to fridge also leaked and was repaired after waiting a week to fix.

Gas control valve to hot water tank had to be replaced, Mike sent out 2 plumbers to fix that and the leaky faucets, which after 2 hours were determined it was the faucets that need to be replaced. Products initially put in by Up To Code.

The plumber that came to fix the water tank mentioned to me that a number of things like the faucets were not installed correctly by the original contracted plumbers.

Overall quality of workmanship was poor and hardware supplied was also poor.

They are not the cheapest plumbers, but they aren't unreasonably expensive either. They will get the job done, perfectly. These are the go to guys if you have an important repair or a big job.

They were a good bunch of guys who did good work. I was surprised though that the workers that worked at our home did not have much experience...they were all fairly new to the trade. Regardless we were happy with their work. Thanks.
