Needed furnace cleaning for my house, and AB furnace cleaning was okay. nothing special with the 2 -man crew, but at least they used a newer truck to power the vac to suck all the dirt in my vents.

extra money for extra vents though, for anything more than 10 vents or 12 i think... so do budget for that.

I got a coupon to have these guys come to clean vents and inspect the furance also , clean the outside vent from the drier. Guys showed up had no idea waht there were to do. After I told them I had a coupon theiy di minimum work did not calen the vent from tthe dried and left rushing out. Ther was no comunication from the phone operator to the team. Dissapoited

Had a quote to do a furnace cleaning with 15 air vents, when the job was complete the bill was much larger than the quote because they assumed that we wanted all the air vents cleaned rather than just the 15. This was done without asking. They did a fine job and were on time and courteous however I was not happy with the extra charge.

when at first when they blew the vents , just used normal short air gun ,when i ask about the efficency then they change to the longer roto. except that they working hard and profetionally. i gave 7 of 10

the tech was knowledgeable and familiar with older furnaces besides the pilot light other work too bring the furnace up to pare was done all at a competitive price knowledge of older furnaces seems not a given in reference work done by other company s this past decade
