They gave us a quote for the job and stuck to it, adjusting it only on one or two occasions because we decided to add elements to the renovation. They gave us a start and end date for the project and kept to it by working hard everyday. The line of communication was always open. We knew we could fully trust them in this "open heart surgery" to our house and they did not fail us.
