I contracted Sean to perform a home inspection on a townhome - my second time using Sean's services within the past year. Once again, I found Sean very thorough and detail-oriented. He seems to genuinely enjoy what he does. I appreciated the fact that he welcomed me along on his inspection and is great at explaining his findings as he goes, in layman's terms. I used Sean because he specializes in mold detection. I was concerned with one area of the house we are renting and Sean and his dog Marni discovered there were other areas of concern. For the sake of our health, I appreciate Sean doing such a thorough job and explaining each aspect of his report so it made sense to me and the owner of the house. His report was detailed and easy to follow, the pictures he included made it helpful to understand problem areas. Sean was wonderful getting back to me when I had follow up questions. Would highly recommend.

Sean was very professional and detailed oriented. His passion and commitment to his work is truly outstanding. He showed up early and spent over 5 hours on the inspection. He answered all our our questions through out the day without hesitation and provided a vast amount of tips and knowledge about safety and home maintenance tips. I was impressed that he spent the time to crawl into dark/dirty/full of spider web non-insulated crawl space in the house to make sure he was able to reach the main water shutoff for the house with a positive attitude. In addition, to the verbal report he provided during and right after the inspection, he also gave us a detailed report with pictures and references clearing identify all issues as well as outlining all specific recommendations for maintenance for this house as well as general issues/tips.

At the end we decided not to buy the house because of all the issues he identified, and we are glad that he saved us from purchasing a home we were not ready to maintain. We will definitely hire him again for the next one!

He is very professional and I followed him throughout his inspection process: condo mechanical room, roof top, parking space, tested out all the appliances in the condo unit, uncrewed the heat pump panel, electric panel, tested all the electrical outlets, fans, windows and doors and pointed out cracks and water marks. He gave me safety tips for after my move in and made a lists of areas for follow up with pictures in a neatly laid out standard report. I was able to use the information he gave me to secure another $2,000 reduction in the final offer. So now I will take procession of my 5 year old condo unit with my eyes wide open knowing what I know now. Who says no need for inspection on such a new condo unit? Call Sean Moss.
