An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I hired Sean Moss to inspect a condo as a recommendation from a friend. I also checked online for others, but decided to go with Sean because he was very well respected for doing excellent work and providing great service. Sean was detailed and explained everything to me in very clear, easy to understand terms, which made the inspection a pleasant experience. The report sent to me via pdf. before I expected it, which was a nice surprise. (Especially since I had a tight subject removal time frame) He clearly pointed out the issues of concern with photos and specific notes. He suggested a number of maintenance tip as well. At the end of the day, Sean did a terrific job and I would recommend you call him as your first choice!
