Sean help me when I needed to get confirmation that we had mould in our home, to present to our landlord to do much needed repairs. Sean was thorough, friendly an knowledgeable. I was given a very comprehensive and detailed report that explain all areas that were contaminated with photos. It was perfect. Now my landlord has got her act together and is finally doing the repairs, we've asked her to do for over a year.
