I highly recommend Sean Moss if you are contemplating purchasing a new home. I pushed back my initial subject removal date in order to have him inspect our home, and I am extremely happy with my decision!
Not only was Sean professional, prompt and passionate about his work, but he was patient in regards to my millions of questions and lack of knowledge. His reports were thorough and comprehensible.
When I initially researched inspectors, Sean Moss's name and expertise came highly recommended. I would hire him again in a heart beat and would advise any potential home owners to do so as well.
On a side note... I asked Sean to bring a tape measure to the inspection- he made a special trip to purchase me one as a house warming gift. This was an above and beyond gesture that meant a great deal.
