Sean was incredibly thorough. He went beyond our expectations and provided an extensive detailed report, the same night! He allowed us to join him on the inspection and pointed out the flaws of the home as he encountered them. We are much more aware of what we should be looking for in the future. We will use Sean for future inspections and we will recommend him to our friends.
