JMT Roofing was doing another roof in my cul-de-sac, so I called them for a quote. John came over the very same day, I immediately felt very comfortable with John, he gave me a very reasonable quote, so I hired JMT without getting any other quotes. John was very honest and kept his word on everything he promised, he even replaced some of my soffits that were bent at no extra charge. John is very conscientious and really cares about his customers, as I was at work while the roof was being replaced, John would call me every evening to give me a progress report and see if I had any questions and make sure I was happy with the job.
Keith and all the crew were very hard working and polite, they did a wonderful job on my roof. It was completed in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction, they left everything very clean after they were finished. I would recommend JMT Roofing to family and friends in a heart beat. We needed new gutters, John and his men delivered more than what was expected. John was out right honest about the work that needs to be done. We were afraid that we needed to spend more on our fascia boards and after inspection he tells us that he was sure it did not need to be replaced---- only cleaned and repainted which actually shows you that he's not milking money out of his services. Thanks John--we surely appreciate the honesty and professionalism...keeping you on our list and will not have second thoughts referring you to friends!

I saw JMT replaced several roofs in my neighbourhood last year. I talked to some of the homeowners who had their roofs replaced by JMT and all were very happy with the services provided by John Jaswal and his team. After a receiving a few wildly diverse and confusing re-roof proposals a friend recommended JMT and we called for a quote.
I felt comfortable with John's earnest style and thought his quote was very fair considering the quality materials specified.
After agreeing to have JMT do the work, I coincidentally met other people in the neighborhood who had their re-roofing done by JMT. These JMT customers raved about what a great job they had done. When our work was underway I could see why. My name is Graig Smith. June 15/ 2015 we had JMT roofing reroof our house. It was a very difficult job with lots of flashings required due to the eight skylights we have. John Jaswal from JMT could not have been more helpful. John and his crew worked with us on solving all our unusual problems : They made sure the nails did not protrude on the underside of our exposed sun deck roof. They also went out of their way to properly flash the three homemade skylights in that same sun deck roof. The final product looks great, we could not be happier. Everyone in this Company were polite, professional, friendly, timely and no hidden surprises. We would not hesitate to use them in the future for other jobs. Possibly new gutters to go with our new roof. Thanks John and Crew.

John and his team were first class. On time, on budget, a pleasure to work with and the preparation and protection of the property was excellent. Also at the end of the work day, the entire team worked to clean up and by the time they left for thew day, it was difficult to say that we had a team of men working the roof. John was responsive and was as good as his word when it came to delivering what he promised. I would have no hesitation in recommending JMT and in fact if I could give them an 11 I would do so.

When a glitch came up that added to the cost of the job he negotiating a price that reduced the financial impact.
