We looked at several companies and settled on We chose JMT because their reference roofs and gutters looked well done, modern, and high quality materials. Their quote was quite reasonable for an accredited company.
John and his crew were easy going, and nice to work with. John always called me back or texted very quickly, so I felt I was always in the loop on time tables. We are happy with the roof and are glad we went for the gutters at the same time.

We have a small house in Vancouver - read hear - gets lots of rain - our roof was going on 20 years old and we knew it needed replacing.
Called John (of JMT). He came out, gave us an estimate, explained the different options and recommended what he felt was best for our house (note - it wasn't 'the' most expensive option - thanks John).
The JMT crew showed up exactly on the day they said.
Stripped the old roof, got everything water tight, installed additional vents, new shingles, and were done in 2 days exactly.
The crew was nice, and they cleaned everything up promptly.
I'd hire them again in a heart beat - in fact - I already have - I'm getting them to do my parents place.

John and his crew did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. We had a difficult roof to remove but with hard work it was done in no time. His friendly, hard working crew will be back to do more work in the spring.

We hired JMT Roofing after discovering that our 22 yr old cedar shake roof needed replacement fast due to 4 holes discovered during interior renos. John offered the best price for the quality roofing product and responded quickly. His crew arrived at 7:00am on the day specified and they worked well into dark to ensure the roof was stripped, plywood installed, and the underlayment installed so that we had a worry free evening despite the risk of rain. The crew was the neatest I have seen and cleaned up debris all day as they went. They were also very courteous and polite, and made my family, including my 85 year old mother, feel comfortable and relaxed. We are very happy with the end product and we are also going to have John install new gutters on the house and shop. We would recommend JMT Roofing to anyone who wants a quality job at a reasonable price.

I Just had my roof done by JMT roofing. I was impressed with the quality, knowledge and reliability of this company, as well as the fact that they listened to my needs and accommodated me, in getting the job done to my satisfaction. The crew put in a long day to accomplish the goal of getting it done in one day, and when they were finished they cleaned up better than they found it. They use quality materials for a quality job, and went beyond my expectations. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. In fact I did, just today.

couples of months ago i saw a reroofing contractor worked for my neighbor. then i asked for a business card, it was JMT. recently i planned to reroofing, then found two contractors for quotation. one contractor was recommended by my friend, a good guy gave me a cheaper price,another was JMT which gave me a higher actually. i had to make a choice between them. obviously, cheaper one should be a top priority. i did have a budget.
then i did a lot of reference check for the two contractors. finally i decided to call JMT and rejected another one. John came to me home and sit down with me to talk about all the things. He gave me strong confidence and qualification.
the work lasted for 2 and half days, skilled crews with high performance. really great job. nice quality roof and clean ground now. thanks John and his crew.

But after talking to John, I decided to go with JMT and it was the right choice. John was easy to deal with and always upfront, giving me his honest opinion, which I really appreciated. They worked hard, were always on time and left the job site clean everyday.
