With the need for more space we were looking to have our basement redone. It had been finished, but not well, so we were in need of a contractor to redo it for us. The scope of work involved ripping out the existing basement items (drywall, flooring, ceiling, carpet on stairs), changing fuse panel over to breakers, adding in electrical fireplace, and putting everything back together. We had a few contractors provide us with quotes and after review we decided to go with Level Q. Ehab was very easy to work with and was always very quick to reply to any questions. I was always able to text or call him if any questions came about. He always sent receipts of payment immediately and sent a breakdown of the remaining payments. Ehab's crew did an excellent job with all their demo and installs. Every day during construction we were shown what work they had completed and told us what would be happening next. They helped us with any questions we had about the construction and always provided great advice with whether it was for materials or layout. At the end of construction there were minor touch ups that needed to be completed and Ehab was very accommodating to come back and make sure everything was finished perfectly.

I would 100% recommend Level Q to friends and family members and if we need any other contracting work, or if we move, Ehab would be the first person I reach out to to have that work done.
