They did all the basics right - showed up on time, explained the process, and cleaned the carpets quickly.
They showed great respect for our home, using corner guards to prevent marking from the hose, and drop sheets to protect our tile floors.
Both Devon and Alec are friendly while remaining professional and we enjoyed our interaction with them.
We were also pleased that they realized that we have an in-attic air conditioning system, and that they explained that they are able to clean the flexible ducting for that system.
We look forward to inviting them back to clean our ducts in the near future, and our carpets in a couple of years.
