I have a 4-year old Kenmore French door fridge, recently the bottom freezer starts to frost, and the fridge door cannot close properly. I did a little search on home star, found out High Tech has a really good rating. I gave a trial, and the owner showed up next time on time. He is very polite and knowledgeable. Within an hour, he replaced the part and defrost my fridge. My fridge becomes a charm again. Thank you for your quality service.
