High Tech Appliance Service

On Saturday evening, our dryer stopped working. With 2 young boys, we have a full load of laundry to do at any given time! On Sunday morning, we began calling repair services, and Atiar was the only one who immediately responded and committed to coming out to investigate on Sunday evening. This already impressed us, as we didn't think anyone would come out on Sunday evening - especially at no extra charge. Sure enough, Atiar arrived early and thoroughly investigated and helped us solve our dryer issue. His expertise was clearly evident and he was meticulous with his work and clean-up. We were so impressed with his professionalism, practical advice on how to address the problem and his friendly approach made it easy to have him working around the house. Very impressed and he'll absolutely be our first call for anything that comes-up with our appliances! We've already started recommending him to friends and colleagues because it was just such a positive experience for us, which is rare in the service industry.
