Zegarra Residential Inspections

We bought a pre-sale condo and on our first walk through we hired Zegarra Residential Inspections to accompany us. It was the best decision we made! Michael, the inspector we had, did a very thorough inspection and provided us with an extremely detailed report (40 pages worth!!!). He was very professional, punctual and detail oriented. No corner, pipe, or wire went unchecked! We have already asked him to come with us to our second walk through to make sure all issues have been addressed. We have already referred him to our friends!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Michael. Called him Thursday, and managed to book him for a rush inspection for that Saturday morning which was the Easter weekend.
He came in, did a thorough inspection (which is what I expected), but what I didn't expect was for him to do a walk through with me after. We went through the whole house, he explained and talked about everything he had done, what his findings were, and what he actions he suggested to take.
That night, he sent us a 48 page report (with a summary) fully explaining his findings with diagrams and photos from the inspection. Everything matched exactly what he had told us during the walk through.
Michael is very professional, very thorough, but more importantly extremely knowledgeable about what he is doing.
I would not hesitate to use him again, or to recommend him to family or friends.
His rates were comparable with anyone else I spoke with.

I hired Michael as part of a home inspection for a townhouse purchase in POCO. Professional and very thorough service. Not only did Michael check the big items (furnace, hot water heaters, appliances, etc) but it was the attention to the small things that particularly impressed me (e.g., moss on the backyard indicating poor drainage, or the slightly higher water pressure in the garden hose).

Michael was very responsive with communication and booked an inspection on short notice (within a week). He also provided a detailed review of the home I purchased and pointed out some key items that I would have never seen on my own. He certainly knows what he is doing and I would use him again.
