This is my second timing hiring Mike to inspect my home and I couldn't be more satisfied with his friendly attitude and meticulous work. My partner and I decided to purchase a 1977 home in Tsawwassen BC . As a realtor myself I wanted the best inspection possible. We hired Mike to inspect the property as I had used him previously for other properties. We are so impressed and pleased with Michael's thorough inspection and report. He is reasonably priced and does an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him again and will continue to hire for my own properties.

We initially opted out on doing a home inspection because the townhouse is only a couple years old, but we were glad to decide on it. Michael was referred to us by a friend and we are extremely happy with his service. The inspection was very thorough and he found issues that we would easily miss. The written report that we received at the end was very detailed and included a lot of photos, diagrams, notes, and even tips on best practices. I've never seen such a detailed home inspection report in my past experiences. Michael is also personable, courteous and punctual, and we would be glad to refer him to anyone looking to have their home inspected.

I knew Mike through work a number of years ago. I knew what type of guy he is through work: honest, detail-oriented and professional pretty much sums it up. Although our career went separate ways, I knew he was the right guy for the job when it comes to house inspections.

We recently purchased a new home (3500+ sq ft). Mike went through every little corner of the house to make sure the house is built according to code. This included roofing, exterior (walls, materials, drainage, flashings, caulking etc), Electrical (wiring, service box, distribution systems), Insulation and Ventilation, Plumbing, Floors, Windows, Doors and Frames, Interior paint and trims, Appliances (testing and running all appliances), bathrooms (testing all the water faucets and tubs) etc. The whole process took over 3 hours, and Mike would meet with you to summarize and review all the findings immediately afterwards. Within 24 hours you will receive a detailed report (50+ pages) along with all the findings and recommendations. He would also take detailed pictures and point to problematic areas that’s easily identifiable.

Mike was so detailed and experienced that he would notice things we could not. Mike is the best INVESTMENT you could spend before acquiring your new home. DO IT. You'll be thankful to have a guy like Mike to conduct the thorough walk-through and inspection with you to make sure you are getting what you're paid for. Great guy, excellent communicator, and everything was seamless and convenient.

Do yourself a favor and hire Mike.
