Carly did an amazing job listening to my wants and needs and was able to contribute a great deal of advice on flow and aesthetics. She came up with a beautiful design and provided a support to all contractors involved in the project to ensure there were no issues. We use the Raywal team in Ottawa on a regular basis for our kitchen and vanity needs. As a local home builder, it is important that we have a partner who provides quality products but who also provides timely customer service. Raywal is always wiling to replace, adjust, and fix any kitchen or vanity issue that comes up in a new home; often long after the client has accepted the work. They are an ideal partner in ensuring we deliver a quality product.

Our new kitchen looks fantastic and is very functional with much increased work space. The price was reasonable, even with all our upgrades. We love all our pots and pan drawers, the pantry cabinets, and the layout with the island.

This is the 2nd kitchen renovation where Raywal has provided my kitchen cabinets. I could not be more pleased. Carly was very helpful with the planning, timing met our needs and they were always on schedule, the installation went smoothly and the minor corrections were timely. Although our house is neither level or square, you would never know it from the kitchen. Excellent work all around.

We re did our kitchen and bathroom vanities and cabinets with Raywal and with Carly, and she was the sweetest with the greatest service! She was always there when we needed her, So happy and grateful for her and the company.

Working with Carly at Raywal was a very pleasant experience , the sales and design department was very helpful at making our vision become a reality, the installers that showed up To install the cabinets were very nice and professional and worked well together which is always nice to see ; if any questions came up during the install they brought it to our attention so that we could get the problems resolved and move forward on the installation Immediately, they were clean, polite and respected our home while it was in renovation, I would definitely refer this company to anyone who is looking for a new kitchen or bathroom

Great quality product and workmanship, Ajax location staff very knowledgeable and pleasant, professional installer and very accommodating. Choosing all plywood construction cost more, but we do not regret it as these cabinets will last and last. They worked with us in the kitchen design and layout to make best use of our kitchen space.

I recently renovated my kitchen and dealt with Kellee at Raywal Cabinets in Ajax. She was wonderful to work with and created a design that reflected what I wanted for the space. The cabinets were installed on time and Kellee responded promptly to any concerns I had. The cabinets look great and I’ve had many compliments already. I would definitely recommend Raywal.

The experience with the design and selection process was fine; Raywal was responsive and consultative. The actual cabinets are nice and appear to be well made. That's the end of the good review.

The experience from delivery through to completion is a 0 star; I'd rate a negative if possible.

Delivery was missing a significant number of pieces - this wasn't detailed in any way. My contractor had to submit a list of missing pieces, that was then verified by the Raywal installer. It took a total of 6.5 MONTHS for this to be fully remedied. Subsequent deliveries were incomplete, or completely wrong (depending on the piece). They'd arrive not drilled, or drilled on the wrong side. The biggest issue was the pie-cut door, which I hadn't even wanted but was told "that's how corners are done now" so went with it.

There was zero follow up at any point by Raywal sales; even involving the area manager didn't help. Every.single.outreach and follow up was made by me. The fact that I kept expressing my dissatisfaction did nothing. Multiple promises were made, and they were all broken.

This was a significant investment. I really wish I'd used a different cabinet company. I have a basement reno planned for 2020 and will NOT use Raywal for anything.

Do not use this company. Our kitchen was to be installed December 17 2018 it came with numerous pieces damaged. Once they have your money the worst customer service ever.
They ( Sandra) will make excuses at every Avenue. The only thing they will not do is complete your kitchen. Going on over 90 days after they took payment and are now saying possibly 2 more weeks before they can get there.
