Cabinets are nice; customer service and care is non-existent

The experience with the design and selection process was fine; Raywal was responsive and consultative. The actual cabinets are nice and appear to be well made. That's the end of the good review.
The experience from delivery through to completion is a 0 star; I'd rate a negative if possible.
Delivery was missing a significant number of pieces - this wasn't detailed in any way. My contractor had to submit a list of missing pieces, that was then verified by the Raywal installer. It took a total of 6.5 MONTHS for this to be fully remedied. Subsequent deliveries were incomplete, or completely wrong (depending on the piece). They'd arrive not drilled, or drilled on the wrong side. The biggest issue was the pie-cut door, which I hadn't even wanted but was told "that's how corners are done now" so went with it.
There was zero follow up at any point by Raywal sales; even involving the area manager didn't help. Every.single.outreach and follow up was made by me. The fact that I kept expressing my dissatisfaction did nothing. Multiple promises were made, and they were all broken.
This was a significant investment. I really wish I'd used a different cabinet company. I have a basement reno planned for 2020 and will NOT use Raywal for anything.
