SPRING 2014-Provided specs to Corey in Spring of 2014 for built in oven and microwave, as well as for stove top to go into island. Was emailed beautiful blueprints for what they said they would do.
JUNE 2014 - Instead we had regular cabinet - so no place for oven or microwave, and no cut out or support for the stove top. So for weeks we had no way to cook and were forced to eat out or use a toaster.
END OF JUNE MOVE IN DATE: no appliances can be installed in Kitchen
LATE JULY 2014:When cabinet arrived, worker was alone, cabinet is 400 lbs so my bf had to install HIMSELF with help of worker down the street, as Raywal employee was just going TO LEAVE THE CABINET OUTDOORS and possibly come back with other workers to install.
Since there was no evidence they would come an fix the counter top/cabinet for the stovetop, the builder advised that we should do it ourselves and that Raywall would have to accommodate and fix afterwards (replacement cabinet doors/ facings around cut out.
SEPTEMBER: workers showed up – with drawers, instead of replacement doors
EARLY OCTOBER: told doors were done – but not properly, so again, won’t be coming
MID OCTOBER: scheduled to come with replacement doors… scheduled for Sunday Oct 19 installation. Never showed. Called and left message with management – no call back received from Rick or any other manager
OCTOBER 27: supposed to show up, cancelled at 9am due to someone breaking the frame for the cabinet doors.
Therefore, still unfinished kitchen and it has been at least 4 ½ months since issues started, and still not resolved.
