Cabinets came damaged. Took a while but they did come out and take a look at them and agree to replace the damaged ones. After some delays we are satisfied with how they rectified our issues.

Avoid. Have had nothing but problems and excessive waiting. Cabinets came damaged and they did not want to do anything. They finally sent someone out and we had to insist they be replaced. He wanted to have us caulk all the chipped and cracked areas, saying, "my service guys do it all the time." I paid for a new kitchen, not a factory 2nd. Going on 2 months now, never hear from them, always get excuses why the replacements are taking so long. We will never consider, or ever recommend Raywal to anyone. Terrible after sale service.
