Mike came to the house very pleasant and professional. talked to us through the problem. I called him and said that my gas stove the botton was not coming on , the broiler worked only.
So he diagnosed the problem which was the botton element , and fix it. He cleaned up after him. He was very socialable to talk too. I asked him many questions and gave me several pointers for all appliances. He was there for a hour . All is well see how long it last. But yes I did find the price a bit steep.
