Washer Appliance

Please NEVER use this company. My washer was not working, it turns out that the problem was a simple lid switch. The guy that came round didn't have the part on him which I have since learned is one of the most common problem with these washers. He then just used some tape to "fix" the issue. This worked for three days. When I called back, they wanted to charge me another $355 to come back and do the job they should have done in the first place. I proceeded to call someone else and they fixed it fist time for $150. Even their so called customer service was awful, they didn't seem to care about the point I was making and that I would never use them again. They deserve every word of this negative review.

Your review definatley caught our attention.
We would like to start of by saying that we apologize for the bad experience you claimed to have had with Service 4 appliances and to also state a few facts about our company.
First and for most we ALWAYS mention to every client that in most cases our technicians do not carry parts on them. we have suppliers that we order parts from whenever nessecarry. the reason for that is simply becasue we can not return parts once the package has been opened, which is also why we mention to the customer that is in their best interest to have a proffessional do the diagnose to determine if in fact a part is needed at all, that way we can take responsibility if we did do something wrong.
You can not expect a technician to open a new part and install it into your appliance without doing the diagnose and then to also take responsibilitiy if you were the one that did the diagnose and it was obviously wrong.
When a technician does a proper diagnose and needs a part to complete the job we let the customer know in advance how much this part will cost so that the customer can still decide if its in his/her best interest to replace it, if the customer agrees we then proceed and order the nessecary part, once we receive the part we call the customer to set up a second appointment where the customer only pays the remaining balance.
Every single company has different working methods and we truly believe that we are successfull to this day because we get the job done right.
We would still like to thank you for your review, and hopefully in the future when needed you will try to use our services again.
