Placed service call on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 and was informed a service rep would be in our office between 12 and 3 pm on Thursday, August 16 - The service rep appeared promptly at 12 noon. A service rep checked out the dishwasher and had it up and running in less than 20 minutes. Prior to repair he explained the costs.
Very well informed and very pleasant to deal with. Would not hesitate to contact in future, should the need arise.
