Advance Spec Property Inspection and Consultants

I see some negative comments on here about Paul I have no idea why. Paul has been great to work with. Answered all of my questions and made me feel like he was working for me. Paul even followed up with myself and my agent to make sure things were being done that I requested. Paul was worth every dime, being a first time home buyer he really took a lot of stress away. Paul is a stand-up guy and very honest.

Stay away!! Paul is an awful home inspector who lacks integrity. Missed an active leak in the basement, avoided my calls and when I took him to court he said I had an obligation to call him prior to proceeding with any repairs. Said I didn't call him first, luckily I had phone records. We settled out of court, he bounced the first payment, the rest are always late, avoids calls, always has an excuse. Most frustrating, costly experience of my life.

horrible business.. Never use paul or advance spec for home inspections. Paid for inspection still have recieved nothing.. Doesnt return phone calls since he got paid. Never use advance spec or paul

Highly recommend Paul, he is very personable and very knowledgable. Anyone looking for a home inspection in the Sarnia area should not hesitate to contact him. I have had 2 home inspections done now and continue to have great service.

My husband and I bought a home and had this guy do the inspection. he missed most of the problems and when we asked him about it he said too bad, he's got insurance! Stay away from this guy!

The owner, Paul, is a genuine credit to his profession. When I arrived at the home, he was there early and already taking a review of the roof. When he noticed my fiancee and I pulling into the driveway, he came down to greet us.

His demeanor was professional; his observations were detailed; and there was very little that he missed. Paul's years of experience in the business were evident in his advice and observations.

Paul is the type of inspector who prefers to have his clients follow him during the review, and ask questions. He cares that the prospective homeowners are fully educated on condition of their property.

His printed report was detailed and included colour photos of the issues he found (even included a CD with the full collection of them).

Not only would I reccommend him to others, but I would definitely use him again if I were to obtain any more property. You can't go wrong with Advance Spec. Thank you so much, Paul.
