Great work initially - lasted weeks instead of years.
I was initially highly satisfied with the work, unfortunately the patio steps and porch paint started to piece off and come apart after a 2 and a half week mark. The work was done in September and this happened at the end of September-start of November. so I dont believe weather was a factor. The painter mentioned this coat was good for 3 years. It has failed to reach 3 weeks without deteriorating. We also dont have the same paint can that we were billed for to retouch it up ourselves. Patio not big enough for a full tin. cant recommend the outdoor painting of home improvement group. pricey job just for us to be back to where we started in a matter of weeks.

I am sorry you feel this way regarding the painting done on the exterior concrete. We have reached out to the trade who is more than willing to return to fix the areas of concern although as per your discussion with him, the issue of peeling paint on exterior concrete is a possibility. Your quote is very clear that he was removing loose chips of the existing paint and applying 2 coats of new paint to the whole porch. The paint may have up to 3 years without deteriorating but that is dependent on the type of material it is applied to and the type of traffic expected.
