Awash Roofing & Renovation

We had noticed a small leak in our Kitchen and called a number of roofing companies. We choose Awash as Kebreab was very professional, responsive, quoted a very competitive price for the replacement of the flat roofs and in addition suggested some minor changes to the downspout design that really helped better manage the water flow and volumes. Kebreab and his were fantastic to deal with. Always professional, responsive and courteous. They were well prepared and showed up early and worked diligently to complete the work professionally and in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Kebreab and his team did a great job repairing and reshingling our roof following a small leak in one of our upstair bedrooms. Not only was he very responsive and willing to come out on such short notice to place a temporary tarp and prevent further damage, but the entire group was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and very tidy. To top it off, they kept us informed all throughout which we really appreciated. It has been a few weeks since and no sign of further leaking. We chose Awash as we noticed many other homeowners on our street used them in the past and now see why given the service they provide. I would have no problem referring them in the future.

Full reshingle including removal of deck and skylights, replacement of roof boards, membranes and sealant.

Tricky job and very good quality work! Everything was cleaned up and put back perfectly and the deck is stronger after being reinstalled.

My original roof was a builder roof and 14 years old. I had 2 leaks over the years and wasn't willing to risk any more before the winter arrived.

Kebreab and his crew removed the old roof, replaced some rotted boards and installed a new roof within 2-3 days.

The result (6 months later) is a roof with no problems and one that makes my house pop. We used landmark pro singles which will last 25 years or so.

You get what you pay for with Awash, and thats quality and professionalism.

Excellent work done at a reasonable price. Our old roof was removed, ice shied and membrane put on and the new shingles. The sheathing was replaced part of the roof. The job was done as quoted, in the time stated and the site was impeccable when the job was completed. I wouldn't hesitate to use Awash again!

The clean up was excellent, the price was fair and I appreciated his attention to detail and his willingness to on extra work as a result of my skylights. I had a leak in my flat roof in November. I called Awash Roofing after looking through some companies on HomeStars. After leaving a message on the HomeStars sight Kebreab called me back within the hour and made an appointment to have a look at the job. He came when he said he would and said he would email me a quote later on in the evening which he did. After getting several other quotes I decided to go with Awash Roofing. They came when they said they would and finished the job in a timely manner. It wasn't the best working conditions since it had started snowing but they did a great job. All my questions and concerns were answered and I would highly recommend Kebreab and his crew.

Kebreab and his crew did a fantastic job. They not only met my expectations but actually exceeded them! This job involved the installation of Eco Star Majestic Slate which is a synthetic slate that is made from 80% recycled material. It is such a relief to not only have confidence in the quality of the material and its installation but also to get rid of that ugly cheap looking asphalt shingle. The job also involved the installation of the Seneca Shake shingles - made by the same company - on the vertical exposures which included the third floor dormer, beneath second floor bay window, and side of the front porch. A great improvement to the look of my house. It is very difficult to find people who like to do a good job and pay attention to detail. I found them with Awash Roofing and Renovation.
