Don was recommended by a couple of different friends of mine. I am not the most handy person but I learn and understand quickly, and Don was the perfect person to show me everything in our newly purchased resale home. I arrived at the house early to be there when he arrived, but he was already there checking the outside of the home. He was equipped and prepared to look thoroughly through every piece of the home. He made a detailed report and gave a lot of recommendations on how we could make our home more efficient. I have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so as he surpassed any expectations I had and was available to answer any follow up questions we had.

Don saved us from a lemon of a house! We were sold on a particular house because it was all recently renovated (kitchen upstairs, downstairs apartment, nice new floors, etc..). We were at the top end of our budget and couldn't afford for anything to go wrong. It was scary to find out how many serious problems were hidden beneath the nice new interior! Needless to say, we walked away from that deal and used Don again on a house that we just recently closed on. Highly recommended.
