We called Don to have him perform a home inspection on our almost one year old home in advance of submitting our Tarion forms. Don was on time and extremely thorough. His estimated two hour inspection turned into four hours as he pointed out some minor issues as well as a couple of very serious ones. Don took photos throughout the inspection and provided us with an electronic copy before leaving. The final written report followed the next day. I will definitely be calling Don again if I require another inspection and would highly recommend him!
