Aquatech Basement Waterproofing

My basement was flooded after heavy rain. Aquatech was the only company who answered my call at 8.30 pm. They were very busy, so I had to wait for 2 days for my appointment (about the same as other companies). When technician arrived he really took time and effort to explain to me step by step the process. I've also received a written estimate on a spot. I appreciate that there was no pressure to sign the contract. Job was done quickly and neatly on scheduled day. Thanks Aquatech for a great customer service.
