I read the good reviews so we booked them to install a dishwasher and microwave. We appreciated that they were very accommodating to changes in our reno schedule. They arrived right on time, completed the job, and responded promptly to follow-up questions. I'm very satisfied with their level of customer service and professionalism.

I saw the good reviews and booked them to install my new dishwasher and over the range microwave. When they installed the dishwasher (after some confusion with the electrical, which was odd since the breaker was correctly labelled), it wouldn't intake water. They said it was a manufacturer problem and promptly left (though they did say they would come back when we got a new dishwasher). The retailer sent a service person out, and within a few minutes, he realized the problem: the installer from Baydoun had pinched the water intake hose under the dishwasher, rather than having it run in the slot designed for it. We called them to explain what happened, and they said they'd never do something like that. When we said we saw it with our own eyes, they agreed to come back and finish the installation, which they did within a few days.
The microwave was installed fine... except it was way too close to the gas range! We even raised this concern at the time, and they said it was fine. Afterwards we measured and it wasn't even code, so we had to redo the whole thing ourselves (after our contractor raised the cabinet). They should have told us before we paid them to install it.
In the end, they weren't the worst, but certainly not the best. I wouldn't use them again, and wouldn't recommend them to a friend.
