I had my whole house Eavestrough replacement last year, Novak gave me full plan and reasonable quotation, after comparing 6 vendors, I chose Novak. They suggested adding new downspout. They came on time to execute the project. little leaking in one spot in first testing day, They came to fix after receiving my report quickly. In the meantime , they give me an extra pipe for free for my backyard. Came twice to send me a better pipe which they offer for free. EXcellent customer service. Out of my expectation!! They offer to drop a yearly lucky draw home depot gift card to my house. I did not know I was the winner until they sent me the drawing video. They are honest guys with great customer service.
