Structube Brampton Trinity Common Mall

Im not a customer that requires above and beyond customer service but Structube doesn't even meet my minimum standards, which aren't that high. I didn't get any assistance in choosing a bed, while paying the lady was quite rude and its been a couple of days and I don't even know when I'm receiving my purchase and I've called the store multiple times and nobody has returned my calls. Worst service I've ever experienced.

We went into the Brampton store to purchase reclining\rocking chairs and put a deposit down on them in August 2016 for end of Nov delivery as the salesman indicated we were not able to pick them up ourselves. So we had to pay for delivery even though we own a truck and would have been more convenient for us. At end of Nov I noticed online that the chairs were in stock so I called the store and was informed that unless we attended in person to payoff the balance the chairs would not be delivered as they don't take payment/credit card over the phone. So we went back to the store to pay the balance owing and were provided with a delivery date of either a Tuesday or Saturday option..we choose the Tuesday and took the day off to be available for delivery. They called us the night before and advised delivery would be between the hours of 4 to 8pm. We received a call at 8 from a number in the US indicating they were running late and would be here by 8:45. I called the store and spoke to the guy that sold us the furniture and explained what was happening and that we had been waiting all day and still no delivery and he was very rude and of no assistance at all. At 9pm again we received a call that they were about 30 mins north of us..to make a long story short they finally arrived at 11:15pm!! Not acceptable! The following day I was in the area and popped into the Brampton store first I spoke to a salesman who really didn't seem to realize what an inconvenience they caused they I waited and spoke to Surinder. She was very understanding and apologetic.. She called to confirm my actual delivery time and reimbursed my shipping charge. She is the only reason for my rating along with the fact that the recliners are so comfortable. Thank you Surinder for your great customer service and for making it right!

We ordered our furniture on 30th September, 2016. Today is 3rd of December 2016. We were told that we will get it by 3rd week of November. Till now they didn't even bother to give us a courtesy call regarding the delay or anything. When I called the sales person started giving me example how in a 'good restaurant it takes time to deliver your food than in a fast food like Mc Donalds'.

Never expected a store like this to be so unprofessional. You guys take money from customers and don't deliver their product on time and looks like no intention to deliver it. Are you in furniture business or you guys hold on to customer's money and invest it to make more money?

Just want to say the Structube in Brampton has been an absolute great experience. I ordered a new sectional Benjamin series couch and a Oslo unit which i was really happy with. There service and professionalism will defn't make me recommend them to many of my family members. Everything I ordered came faster then i expected and just as i ordered. I will defn't be going back to them for my other home furnishing needs.

I purchased a leather sofa, at the Brampton Location, and could not believe the level of poor service i received.
First off the sales person told me the sofa i purchased was %100 leather, when later i realized the sides, and the back were synthetic. When i informed the salesperson I expected a %100 sofa which i was told, he told me your better off with fake Leather anyway,it lasts longer.
When i told him, i want to return the couch, he said it will cost me another
$70 to come pick up the couch, which was miss represented.
He once again told me i should keep the synthetic couch , because it really is better than Leather.
I then asked for the phone number for the head office, and they said they are not allowed to give out that information.(Whats the big secret)
Some guy then appeared, who identified him self as the district manager told me have a good day sir, i'm welcome to take my business elsewhere. Easily the worst, and strangest exp ever!
