We wanted to let you know how happy we are with all the work done to both our hallway and ensuite bathrooms. Although we may have had a rocky start, we are very pleased with the end result. The time frame was extended slightly, but the job stayed within the budget. We were especially impressed with Eddie’s and Adriana’s job of cleaning up afterwards, painting and final touches such as lights, mirrors and accessories. Please thank them, as well as Joe for a job well done.

You always kept us informed on the progress of work, any delays and the approximate time everything was expected to be completed. You always returned phone calls in a timely manner and answered questions or offered to find out answers if you didn't know then. This certainly helped us understand the situations better and made doing business with you and the Greater Toronto Contractors team a pleasure.

Greater Toronto Contractors recently did a basement renovation for my family that involved a lot of work. Walls had to be torn down, and plumbing and electrical needed work as well. They were essentially re-doing a renovation that was poorly done many years before we moved in. Sam and his team were very professional from the get-go. Rick did our estimate for us and they managed to stay exactly within their proposed budget which was such a relief. This was the first time we did a reno and we are so happy that we put our trust in the GTC team. They are experienced, honest, and communicated with us constantly to make sure we were all on the same page. My family and I now have a beautifully redone basement with potlights, a playroom, laundry, and a bathroom. I absolutely love it. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this company to anyone. Recently GTC completed a fairly large renovation to my basement, as well as the main level of my house. My renovations included alterations to structural wall, flooring throughout our main floor, creating a separate apartment in the basement, making the main entrance & stair case the focal point of our house by completely remodeling it and adding a closet.

They started by listening carefully to what I had in mind for my new house. They paid attention to all details and took correct measurements, creating a great layout for my space based on my specifications. Their team created detailed plans of how they could incorporate my needs and wants. I was blown away to see what I had imagined in a 3D software provided by their in house design team. By seeing the effort put in to plans and 3D renderings, as well as the detailed estimate provided by Kal, I was able to visually imagine the end results knowing what I am paying for.

I was educated by their engineer on the process of removing the structural wall. I found this helpful and informative as it clarified the proposed estimate. I must admit that knowing the process of how my renovation was to actually be completed allowed me to feel more comfortable with the renovation.

Their management (Rick and Sam) of the renovation was a huge help as all supplies where ordered and installed on time. The sub-trades also made sure that during the renovation process they kept my house clean. The Greater Toronto Contractors team was well educated and had no hesitations on educating me about the process of my renovation before it was commenced.

We haven't work with a lot of contractors in the past but from our experience I would say that Sam is the best we’ve worked with when it comes to professionalism. Totally dissatisfied with the trades that were brought to work on my project. What was to be a 3 and a half week project turned into a 4 month nightmare, The principals of this company have no experience in construction and it was one screw up after another. They finally abandoned the project leaving me with an unusable bathroom and walk-in closet.
