I called to set up an appointment for my Sub Zero Fridge to have them come and look at my Fridge. But, the Tech guy gave me suggestions over the phone to fix it right away!! Never heard of anyone offering a fix over the phone, no charge, no lame excuse that he needs to look at it first. What a great feeling to know that there are some helpful people in the world.
