Only took the service fee and never showed up again to fix the problem. I was waiting 2 weeks because he said he needs to order a part. When I called him many times he never picked up the phone. Finally after phoning from a different number he picked up and said the problem will be fixed the next day. And he never showed up again. Very unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.

We got rid of our home phone with Telus so we had to install a cell dialer for the alarm. Boswell always does a great install. It works great. If you get an Ooma home phone from Costco.ca you can save big bucks but you will need a cell dialer for your alarm.

We have been using Advance Security Systems for over 10 years and we have been very pleased with the promptness and punctuality. If one of the alarms goes off, we get a phone call right away.
