Bathroom tiling, toilet replacement and shower vinyl wall
I am paying now for the consequence of hiring you
Something as simple as a toilet was not done properly, it has leaked to the floor underneath, created mold and even some kind of fungus, it's a horror story not to mention the bill I'm faced to pay.
I am not handy at all, Great customer service but worse unqualified people to hire
I thought I went with the best option available, especially with the price you quoted, unfortunately your tradespeople are not up to the same standard as you customer service
I don't recommend you at all...

Dear Client. The toilet was re-installed as part of a much larger project that we did for you back in February of 2014, so the job is almost 2 years old. This review that you have posted is the first time that we have heard that there was any issue with the job. I know that this is a rental accommodation and more than likely the tenant did not advise you that there was a problem but please know that, had you contacted us to advise us of the concern when you found out we would have investigated on your behalf and, if it was something that we did or didn't do as opposed to tenant abuse we would have corrected it. I understand from you that the problem has been fixed although you are not sure what the problem was. If there is anything that you would like us to do please contact me. Thank you.
