Installation went well and price is competitive with industry standards, but customer service since installation has been less than satisfactory. The call center has been rude to us a number of times when calling about a disturbance, and twice put us on hold for extended periods of time despite us mentioning that the call was regarding a disturbance. This is a safety issue.
