He was on time, worked quickly and quietly, did a good job. There was a problem in the initial installation of the furnace four or five years ago but nothing since. All the annual inspections (both in our former furnace and the new one) have gone very well.

Thorough, rigorous check of equipment, with good communication throughout. He even played with our dog.

Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable service. We called at 8:45 pm and Terry was at our home and had the furnace back in running order, explained everything and answered all our questions and concerns, and the area was clean and left the way he found it. He was finished and gone by 11:00. We are very happy with his service!

Toby was incredible in overseeing this project from start to finish. I stopped to talk to him on a Wednesday afternoon and the new furnace was installed on the following Tuesday morning. Throughout the process Toby provided me with all the information I needed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. The installation crew were also exceptional. They treated me and my home with respect. I am confident that I will receive excellent service in any future dealings with this company.

Sales consultant Toby performed a detailed needs analysis on our house to determine size of furnace and A/C needed. Turns out our original furnace was too big!

We are very happy with the quality of service we received from Service Experts. Sales rep Darren was very informed and everything he told us unfolded just as he said it would - no surprises!
He even arranged a private contractor to remove my old oil tank. Maria made the booking and everyone showed up right on time. The tank removal went really well. Al and his team removed my old furnace and had my new one installed and working in about 3 hrs. They put down mats on the floor and were really careful. Darren did his follow up with his inspection andpaperwork today. Thanks to all of you for being so professional. Oh yeah, the new furnace is working great and is super quiet.
